Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an established and professional call center located in Heredia, Costa Rica, is seeking career minded collection individuals to join our team. We are seeking candidates with proven collection management experience. We are in search of the best, brightest and most accomplished management candidates, but we also have a need for Entry-Level Manager Trainees. Selected candidates will be on a path to an accelerated management career at CSI. CSI is an Accounts Receivable Management company, representing many of the Top 10 financial organizations. Training schedule is 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday and 8am-4pm on Friday. The paid training is for two weeks. After training the schedule will vary between 7am-10:15pm for a total of 35 hours a week.


Selected candidates will start by establishing a track record of success handling consumer calls, learning CSI systems, company policies and client procedures for the first 6-9 months. If successful, this career path will ultimately lead to being responsible for managing people to meet and exceed company and client expectations. Other responsibilities include:

  • Educate, develop and motivate team members
  • Drive daily production KPI to exceed expectations/goals
  • Maintain client and company policies and procedures
  • Implement complex operations strategies and drive performance


In this important role you will be utilizing your ability and proven experience to succeed in our fast-paced, regulated environment. Ideal candidate(s) must possess:

  • Strong leadership skills and proven management experience 
  • A proven track record of strong performance in past positions
  • Ability to strategically manage complex projects
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Independent motivation, high integrity and result-oriented work ethic 
  • Extensive experience managing in a compliant, regulated and structured environment a plus
