Administrative Assistant

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare recruitment materials and paperwork
  • Post jobs to appropriated job board, social media, CSI Net
  • Sourcing, filtering and conducting interviews  to candidates for open positions
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Provide analytical and well document recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during  the selection process
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices.
  • Input and properly document new hires onto the new hire queue on CSI NET.
  • When applicable verify employment history and Background check of the applicants.
  • After the interview process is completed update the information into the Interview Log as well as ACT.
  • Organize applications and resumes for other openings we might have that would be suitable.
  • Finalizes the paperwork when and open position is closed.
  • Upload and document career builder resumes to the ACT system
  • Properly input and document the interview notes form the interviewer into Ron's Spreadsheet
  • Send applications to our other locations thru the internal mail system or thru email.
  • If there are any schedule changes update this information to the interview log.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as scanning, binding,making copies,  filing, typing, answering emails and telephone.
  • When requested make sure to cover  the front lobby  when receptionist is on break or lunch.
  • Helping with any additional work flow when needed or requested.
  • Use a computer and phone for long periods of time.
  • Adhere to company attendance requirements and work assigned schedule
  • Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies.

Qualifications:     

Employee must have strong organizational skills. excellent English skills C1,  computer skills are required, must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Individual must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a "go-getter" attitude with great people skills. Always represent the company in a positive manner. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Task/project oriented. Be able to complete tasks in a timely manner as well as handle multiple tasks.  Exhibit professional behavior at all times. Individual must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management in a competent, professional manner. Employee must maintain a professional image is reflected at all times.2+ years studies in Human Resources or Business Administration carreer or raleted filed
