Business Analyst

Client Services, Inc (CSI) is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics team.  The position is located in our Costa Rica location, a full-service accounts receivable management and call center. In this position, the Business Analyst will facilitate the publication of reports regarding financial, operational and call data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate reporting
• Analyze data from multiple sources to reach relevant conclusions
• Complete requests for ad-hoc analysis and projects based on direction from manager while using discretion and making independent judgment from the beginning to end of the process
• Determine independent solutions based upon known and unknown issues using critical thinking and team work
• Determine and develop automation within reports and databases
• Adhere to company attendance requirements and able to work assigned schedule
• Use computer for long periods of time
• Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies
• Load data into database via manual data entry
• Various other duties as assigned based upon company needs

Qualifications

• 1 Year industry experience preferred
• General understanding of relational data concepts
• Knowledge of Excel, including pivots, tables, and formulas
• Excellent technical communication
• Ability to type fluently
• Critical thinking skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Background in statistics
• Autonomous starter with general direction
• High school diploma or equivalent
