Client Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Interact directly with the Client Relationship Manager
- Review exception reports
- Adhere to all company policies, work standards, attendance requirements and work assigned schedule
- Use a computer for long periods of time
- Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management based on the needs of the business
- Meet client deliverable deadlines
- Create and Maintain Policies and Procedures relevant to the job-related duties
- Document Recording of all requests to and from client
- Communicate regularly with appropriate management staff regarding work volumes, customer issues and obstacles impacting completion
Qualifications
- Prefer minimum of one year experience in accounts receivable management
- Analytical ability sufficient to analyze requests and input data
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload and maintain accurate files
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent
