Client Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with the Client Relationship Manager
  • Review exception reports
  • Adhere to all company policies, work standards, attendance requirements and work assigned schedule
  • Use a computer for long periods of time
  • Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management based on the needs of the business
  • Meet client deliverable deadlines
  • Create and Maintain Policies and Procedures relevant to the job-related duties
  • Document Recording of all requests to and from client
  • Communicate regularly with appropriate management staff regarding work volumes, customer issues and obstacles impacting completion

Qualifications

  • Prefer minimum of one year experience in accounts receivable management
  • Analytical ability sufficient to analyze requests and input data
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload and maintain accurate files
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
