Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Pre-screen candidates accurately to minimize time spent interviewing
- Ability to attain daily, weekly and monthly goals for recruiting the best talent
- Review and screen potential candidates via direct submissions, cold call efforts, etc.
- Responsible for outbound recruiting efforts and handling some inbound calls
- Ensure that Federal/State laws regarding recruitment/employment are being followed
- Ensure appropriate follow-up and related system documentation regarding candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies
- Adhere to the company attendance policy and able to work assigned schedule
- Use a computer and phone for long periods of time
Qualifications:
- Communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and outside candidates in a competent and professional manner
- Individual must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented
- Computer skills are required with a working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Individual must be energetic, enthusiastic, and have a "go-getter" attitude along with great people skills
- Always able to represent the company in a positive manner
- Be inquisitive regarding candidates work history, and follow phone screen process
- Ability to use logic and common sense in referring candidates for interviews
- Reflect a professional image and behavior at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
